The Olympia and Athena Jacket - Shoulders and Sides / Part 17

The shoulders are a quick sew:

Pin them from the RS, sew them using a 5/8” with your top stitch thread.

Trim the backs of the seams to a 1/4” leaving the front seams at 5/8”

Fold the front seams over the shortened back seams, press, pin and sew using your top thread.

SIDES NEXT!

The sides are closed in the same way as the shoulders.

The back seam is cut down and the front wraps over towards the back.

Fold, press, pin and top stitch.
