Pattern piece 16 (Cut 4)

For the example shown here, my interfacing was sufficiently heavy for me to only use it on one panel of each flap.

Pin flaps RS to RS and pin, then sew with neutral thread at 5/8” and trim the seam allowance down as shown below.

Turn the flap, and using a point turner, poke the edges to create crisp corners and press.

Top stitch using a top stitch thread.
